Warewashers offer FREE DELIVERY on all warewashing machine purchases.

All other products
To keep things simple we have an uncomplicated delivery costs system.
If you purchase a machine, any items in the same order will also be delivered free.

All items not eligible for free delivery will attract a flat rate of just

£10 + Vat

regardless of the quantity you purchase.

We appreciate that often there will be a need for the quickest possible delivery. Most machines will, if ordered before 2pm, be delivered next day. Please look here for more detail.

If a speedy delivery is critical please call 0844 800 1282 before placing your order.

Friday orders will normally be delivered Monday.
Weekend deliveries can be arranged but our courier charges a £30 + Vat premium.
Bank holidays will always cause slight delivery delay so please take that into consideration when ordering.

Please be aware that many items here will be heavy and most National couriers will carry out pavement drops only.If you feel you need more help than this then having a qualified engineer install the item for you may be necessary.

It is also advisable to measure doorways on larger items and consider having to lift heavy items over counters or negotiate stairs.

Deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will normally attract a premium - please enquire before placing your order

At the point of delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that goods can be delivered successfully; ie. door access, lifting. All damages and shortages must be signed as damaged or short, and reported at the point of delivery, as claims are invalid after 24 hours.
Deliveries signed for as received in good condition or unchecked will be the customer's responsibility. Once they have been signed for in this manner, any claims for damage or shortages will be rejected.

All products are sold on a supply only basis.
Installation, commissioning and positioning may be available as an extra cost option. If you have taken this option please make sure that suitable services are available within immediate vicinity of the installation position. NB, some products will require drainage at a level below the base of the machine.
